• I upgraded to Pro but wasn’t given access to Template Builder. Had to deal with their stupid chat bot to open a ticket. 24 hours later no response. Opened another ticket – no response. They want you to pay for support too. All I want is what I paid for – per their own documentation. This is their UX to generate more rev – forced upgraded support. If I can’t get support to respond in a reasonable timeframe, why keep them?

    I’m cancelling my account and going to another tool that actually cares about its customers. Fix your Customer Experience.
