• Just upgrade to 8.4 Got message please check that the mysqli PHP extension is installed and enabled. How do I get there and how do I change it? It’s for WordPress.

  • mysqli is a PHP component. It is required so that WordPress can access the database via PHP.

    You would need to contact your hosting support for a solution. They should install and activate the component there.

    Please contact the technical support. If you are using cPanel control panel, you can enable from “Select PHP version >> PHP Selector>> Extensions – PHP Extensions and enable it “

    Thank for the help. I called my hosting support and they did what i needed done.
