Set up a (e-commerce) website in WordPress from scratch

Hi WordPress community I am using Kadence pro and planning to set up a e-commerce store in The Netherlands though I am residenting in Colombia.I would like that my e-commerce website shows up in The Netherlands. Could someone point me in the right direction or come up with suggestions. Here below I`ll write down the sequence how to start off, but I am not sure if this is the right way to do it.

1. A domain name at a hosting platform(in my case Hostinger) preferably a domain name that ends with a .com.nl or .nl domain for Seo purposes.
2. Download WordPress through the hosting platform.
3. Change from https// to www. in wordpress and connect to Quiccloud or Cloudflare.
4. Install the Google site kit and install the tag above the header.
5. Install Kadence blocks and theme pro.
6. Add a new page in Worpress name it Home and make it a static page.
7. Connect with Google search Console.
8. Start building with Kadence.
9. ????

A) Is the above sequence in the right order?

B) Am I missing something does someone have any suggestions or did I forget something?Please let me know cause I would like to start off the right way from the start.
