When I choose plugin Rankmath Seo After activate then I click connect the account then automatically shift on WordPress Dashboard.

Please help me and solve the problem.

Sorry to hear that but this is specifically an issue with RankMath SEO plugin and not the WordPress Core. You can ask support from the plugin author for your installation concerns.
