    Dear Support Team,

    I am experiencing an issue with my WordPress website. After changing my computer and reinstalling WordPress, I transferred the necessary files using FileZilla. However, when I attempt to access the admin panel, I receive the following error message:

    “Error establishing a database connection.”

    I would appreciate any guidance on resolving this issue as soon as possible. Thank you for your support.

    I would like to ask you a question: you say that you have reinstalled WordPress – where did you install it? Are you talking about a local installation which does not correspond to the URL you mentioned? If so, it would be interesting to know which web server you are using on your local computer to run WordPress there. Because the message displayed means that a necessary database is not accessible in addition to the web server.
