First try it in a different browser, maybe even a private browser window. There may be extensions in the browser that prevent something from working.
Are you using any security plugin that could intervene here? If so, you could deactivate it via FTP. Delete its directory in wp-content/plugins/. Your hoster’s support can tell you how you can access it via FTP.
A caching plugin would also be possible, but rather unusual for the login. You could remove it in the same way.
A security tool on the hosting could also be the cause. You would have to ask their support for this.
I removed most of the plugins and my main theme (hello elementor) , but the problem is still there.
When I enter my username and password, the login form just clears, even if I enter the wrong password, the same thing happens. It seems that the login file is corrupt or there is a problem with the database.

I have now replaced “wp-login.php” with another correct file, but the problem still persists.
Very strange. Have you contacted your hoster’s support about this?
You could also do a manual update and replace all core files: https://wordpress.org/documentation/article/updating-wordpress/#manual-update
Thank you
I refresh my folders based on step1 from above link, but I could not upgrade database, I face with error message:
” Error 403 – Forbidden
You tried to access a document for which you don’t have privileges. “
So I still have the same problem.
What does your hoster’s support say about this?
They couldn’t find the problem, first they said there were some malicious files, I deleted all those files, but the problem was not solved.
Do you have SSH access to WP hoster? If so, you could check your site security out by WP-CLI.
