I reverted the page and tried again with same results.
Try clearing all cache (browser, plugin, server…) and see if that resolve the issue.

Clearing caches did nothing to help. I have left the page with the broken images for you to see.

To rule out a plugin or theme conflict, please attempt to deactivate all plugins and switch to one of the default (Twenty*) themes. If the problem goes away, re-activate them one by one to identify the source of the problem.
If you can install plugins, install Health Check. On the troubleshooting tab, you can click the button to deactivate all plugins and change the theme for you while you’re still logged in without affecting normal visitors to your site.

When I manually add image code like this images display properly:

The original code before I made text edits looks like this and would not display.
