Disable scroll to top while choosing tags

Is it possible to somehow to disable scrolling to top while editing post and choosing tags from right side. I tried with jquery but nothing doesn’t work, I can change “<a href=”#” role=”button” class=”tag-cloud-link…” to “<a href=”javascript:void(0);” role=”button” class=”tag-cloud-link…” but it doesn’t work. I don’t know where to change it to avoid scrolling to top
