I would recommend that you contact your hoster’s support team. They may be blocking access from certain IPs or IP ranges that also include your access.

I don’t think WordPress can help here, unless you use a security plugin in your project that could also trigger this blocking. In this case, I would recommend that you contact the support team for this security plugin.

I get this message when retrieving media and pages\messages.

When I switch to 5G on my iPhone, retrieving etc. works in the app.
So it seems that something is blocked on my network. I have this on some networks and not on others (outside the home).

My website can be accessed via the browser. Does anyone else have this problem and does he know what I need to do to solve this? It is very annoying because I have to switch to my 5G all the time to be able to work from the WP app.

Every time I scroll down again, it stops. Is that what you mean?

Also, I still don’t know which code you have inserted?

Please provide as much information as possible to see what you are talking about. This is the best way to help you.

It is possible that the code contains your own styles and HTML elements, which causes the output generated by WordPress to be mixed up in the browser.

In order to be able to help you, the code you have inserted would be interesting, and a link to the page can also help.

But when I embed the code in it, the code layouts are shifting to another. What’s the reasons. Any solution of that?

Thank you for your patience while we looked into this further.

It looks like the Jetpack plugin isn’t installed on your site, which is why the Jetpack Comments feature isn’t available in your app settings. As a result, comments are automatically closed when publishing posts from the mobile app.

We’ve received feedback about this behavior and are tracking it in our public repository:

https://github.com/wordpress-mobile/WordPress-iOS/issues/21737

While it has been discussed, no resolution or decisions have been made yet. That said, I’ve added your case as an upvote so the team is aware of your experience.

In the meantime, the best solution is to install and activate the Jetpack plugin on your site. This will enable Jetpack Comments, ensuring comments remain open by default when publishing from the app.

Let me know if this helps or if you have any questions.
