    the website is not working on mobile, showing a white screen. i tried multiple themes but still not working.

    This is apparently only not possible with Chrome-based browsers on mobile devices. I don’t see a clear error in the browser, but I can understand what you’re seeing. The reason is that the preloader is never removed. You would have to deactivate it. However, how to do this probably depends on your theme.
